THE FIRM

AP Investments was founded in 2018 by Paul Neff Jr and Andrew Daggett as a transition from a previously owned real estate investment company. All combined Paul and Andrew have been heading real estate companies since 2012. AP has currently transitioned from a fix and flip model to a value add buy and hold business model. In a time with a lot of uncertainty we were able to make the transition at just the right time to be in a great position to take advantage of the new market.

Paul is a graduate of Whitworth University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Communication. Paul has worked for real estate firms such as Newport Assets, MSJ Partners, CWS Capital Partners, and Aslan Residential. At Aslan Residential, Paul was a senior analyst and was responsible for the purchase of over $50MM in distressed assets. Paul enjoys golfing, going to the beach, and spending time with friends and family.

Andrew Daggett

Andrew was born and raised in Central Ohio, where he learned and developed his core values of honesty, integrity, and loyalty that he now displays in his business career. He is a graduate of Capital University in Columbus, Ohio, where he met his wife and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Finance. Andrew has since worked for real estate firms such as Manley Deas & Kochalski LLC, Kondaur Capital Corporation, and Aslan Residential, along with currently holding a California Real Estate license. These opportunities have provided crucial experience in multiple areas of real estate, including acquisition, asset management, investment, and disposition.
